I am a serial entrepreneur and my single greatest impediment to fast growth and market dominance is a lack of highly specialized individuals whom are proficient in coding. Where can I find people that are adept in coding, but also have a keen understanding that deferred incomes can be exponentially larger than any alternative market earning power they may presently enjoy? I understand the fundamentals of not wanting to work for free, but what if the equity enticement reflects hundreds of thousands or millions, isn't that a sufficient taunt?
