I am talking with a manufacturer in china (have been for about 2 months)

When we first got in communication when I went to make an order they had given me "x" payment details for Western Union (I ended up not making the order at the time as it exceeded the capital I had for inventory)

Now just a few fays ago I get a response from them to use different WU payment info

Me, being clueless, i asked why they want the money inside a different account. They then responded with this
