So this is all not yet in the works but i have my name as a domain name. well today i got an email from... Myself. haha Actually it was someone who has the same name as I do. I think its a younger guy in business scool working on a project. Basically he asked me if i wanted to sell the domain name. Short answer "no", i will use it later on for a bio but i have no use for it in the current future. My idea was to lease it to him for a low rate like $50 a month for a year than month to month with a 30/30 out. ( i have background in com property management)
So is there any canned lease agreement out there for domains?
or am i on my own for paying to get one written if it goes through? I want stipulations of nothing damaging to the name (black hat SEO, porn, etc), no political content, and i will just forward the DNS while maintaing ownership.
