I am in the process of starting a business. I have been doing A LOT of research these past months trying to get a better understanding of my business market. One of the major points that many mentors and entrepreneurs have made is that every business and business owner needs a great team.
But how does one go about developing this team?
I've been to a few entrepreneur events, I've joined and participate in a lot of the social media business forums and sites but still NOTHING. I would love nothing less than to have some one share this venture with me. So it's definitely not due to lack of effort.
