Hi guys,
We've been running a stable e-commerce store for years which sells $1M/yr. worth of product.
We went from 1% conversions to 0.5% this month.
March usually is a slower month, but Feb has been good over the past two years.
What to do?
- Ads are running and people are clicking on them just like before.
- Stable and same amount of visitors.
- All products are in stock.
- Prices are as competitive as before.
- Customer satisfaction as before.
Our host (Namecheap) said our speed could be optimized. We ran a performance report and got "Leverage browser caching" as the main thing to improve. Page load time is approx. 3 seconds.
What else is there to try?
We use (an older version of) Prestashop, so I'll be talking to some experts on that as well. On the other hand, we changed nothing about the website compared to before, yet this drop is quite big!
E-commerce experts please chime in. Any help would be deeply appreciated!
