Easier resturant buying purchase process

One day long ago a was going out with a girl i just met. We wanted to eat something around where we lived, and not to fancy or bright place.

I thought there is gotta be something online that can help me with this.

• Tried some apps - dident help
• Search for some recommendation site online - found something but used long time on fidning something i wanted and had hard time to decide.
• This lead me to a google search where I found recommnedations from blogs and articles. I visited the site for those resturants that was recommended and tried to book.
• This was in the summer so i know there is probably plenty of tables aviable, but since i dident want to dissapoint the girl by coming to a full place i told myself that i should book. But i rally dident like this booking thing, because i knew they where probably gonna tell me " just come, we got enoug seats for you".

You probably see what im after. Makeing this easier in some way.

And it has probably been done many times before, but apperently none of them have solved my issue.

So what im doing.

• Setting up MVP website with just a few resturants and some easy information on them.
• Creating an easy form where you can book table reservations (input resturant, time, date and telphone number).
• If i get a form inn, then its up to me to book the reservation for them and guide my new customer along the way. Yea, its total manual system.

So iv been think about where is the value generated here. I would think its the customer buying process, but i think resturants will believe there is some value in this also by they getting many customers from one source. But i dont belive here is the biggest value, if i dont make it very much easier for them to plan how many people will visit the resturants or something.
