I am looking for an email prospecting software. I already have MailCheat(Chimp) as a opt in solution for current customers and am familiar with hosted solutions like constant contact and Aweber. I am not looking for something like that.
My goal is to have a software that I install on my computer, I will have a list of about 100 prospects every day that I collect from various sales sources.
I would like to send these cold prospects an email telling them it would be very appreciated if they would allow us to bid when their current contract ends. This will go along with my cold calling efforts. I have been trying to email these prospects individually and it is very tedious. I could literally free up hours per day with the right solution.
I am looking for something that seriously looks like a personal email with my signature and everything. I will only email each list about once per month so after a year most of them will have had the chance to see my email at the right time. So I will be getting 22 or so lists.
Does anyone use something like this? Maybe a pluggin for outlook or something? I do not want the traditional email marketing crap at the bottom. It is supposed to look like a personal email.
