I'm working on a tech startup and will launch a company soon. Is there any education i would miss from being an employer before being an employee? My current options for education relating to managing people:
About the startup: It's a tech startup, with focus on a single product for now.
- Learn directly from a company owner, who is a family friend. Ask him ton of questions over a month or two. (My company's structure will be almost exactly the same but size will be smaller)
- Get an internship at that^ company.
- Get an internship at a better company but with a mentor that i won't know.
- Get a fulltime job.
- In something completely unrelated but with benifits of time and education relating to a different business idea.
- In something directly related.
- Something mildly related, ie tech startup with no overlapping tech stack.
- Read books about it.
