While working full time as a healthcare worker I was secretly typing away at night building a gaming website. I started my journey around April when I registered the domain, and after messing with some pre launch builds of the site I launched it in May. I created a lot of content/guides and received about 611k impressions with an unfortunate low number of clicks (3.37k) on Google. Average CTR of 0.6% and Average position of 6.5. This is my second attempt at building a website and it is progress as my last website got literally 1 organic click and 65 total impressions. Anyways, Google did hit my site and alot of pages got deindexed unfortunately but I won't give up. I am still indexed and show up at the top of pretty much all of the other search engines and have been getting new traffic from ChatGPT's new search engine. I am proud of myself for what I have done so far but a lot of work still needs to be done. I am also learning healthy boundaries to avoid checking my website stats too often as it can demoralize me at times. Going to see what 2025 has in store!
