Hi everyone,
I have been a long time lurker and eventually signed up some time ago but have yet to make a post, so, this is my introduction post!
I'm 28 and have worked in the insurance industry since graduating from school. I am now a risk manager for an asset company. The money is decent for a single guy living within his means and the career path is promising. However, everyday I want to work for myself. I want to pursue my interests and have flexibility with my time. I realize that I will never be happy working in an office for the rest of my life, something needs to change.
I plan to be a serial entrepreneur. Seeking opportunities both online and off. Ecommerce is attractive to me because it allows for the ability to work from anywhere in the world. Commercial real estate is also attractive as it allows for a passive income source and sale of future portfolio.
