Hello all real estate investors, what are you tactics on finding equity on homes to invest on ?
Or should I say checklist, if you have one? I am looking to invest in my first resedential property.
I do see some that are fix ups, they do need work. I still can make profit but wont be much after the fix up costs and the 6% for listing in and also the closing cost. So I was wondering how do you guys find ready to move in homes that have equity ?
