I've been recently thinking about moving to the United States. I live in Quebec,Canada and one thing I hate is winter. I need sun, plenty of sun. I am thinking about Arizona, Florida and California. I don't know which state is the best for me.
Here are my priorities :
- perfect weather, sunny 300 days a year minimum (I am currently in Florida for vacation but I feel it's too much wet here.)
- lot of real estate investing opportunities ( very very important )
- preferably near the beach but not so important
- low criminality
- Not to much people( 800 000 max)
If you know any city that fits these criterias, feel free to share. Thanks.
