It's an honor to be apart of this amazing and inspiring forum among all of you like minded, passion driven people!
I'm Jeannie, 21 years old, and I'm from Eastern Washington State, USA. I recently stumbled upon MJ's book and I devoured it in a matter of days. I have been aimlessly wandering in my life since I graduated high school with no sense of direction or idea of what I want to 'do with my life' and people are always badgering me about why I'm not in college and going that route. I hate school. I love learning, but the way they 'teach' in schools is not how I learn. MJ's book sparked something in me that I feel has always been there, I just hadn't known it yet. Every job I have had working for someone else, I've hated. I knew I needed to figure out a way to be my own boss, be in control of my finances, the time spent working, etc but I just didn't know where or how to start. MJ's book helped me see that I don't have to conform to the ways of society to achieve my dreams and that I have the power to do it myself! I look forward to the growth, the challenges, the experiences, and the knowledge I will gain from this roadmap I have chosen to drive my life down.
