Anyone ever create sales funnels before?
I'm looking to create an offline b2b sales funnel and could use some suggestions.
The office cleaning business I just bought has only marketed itself via telemarketing and asking for the immediate business. Obviously, only the people who are absolutely disgusted with their cleaning & ready to make a change today can respond to this, which is a pretty small percentage vs being 'top of mind' & building my credibility/their comfort with me over time to have them switch down the line.
My idea was to stick with the cold-calling, but either not attempt the hard-sell upfront or if they aren't interested in switching today, start an auto-responder e-mail sales funnel that nurtures them as a lead.
This requires a much better Unique Selling Proposition than what they've needed in the past. Any ideas on a USP?
