I had been a lurker for all these days since i thought I must listen more to the experienced,successful entrepreneurs here.Finally decided to speak up since i took some action from the ideas i got from this forum.
Im an android developer right now, who failed terribly trying to create a rental marketplace here in India.
I have developer background and thought of creating a saas business in the E-commerce niche since i have some selling experience.
I followed many threads here and got inspired by the foundation technique of making calls to extract problems and also by cold e-mailing.I even met sellers in person apart from following these techniques.
I found a problem which is often stated by amazon sellers and i don't know whether a saas solution could help.The sellers often get frustrated while they are in-warding(from Amazon FBA),they face problems like finding a mismatch in the quantity they sent and quantity the received from amazon(a seller sent 1000 t-shirts but received only 950 back).They are also unable to track when they will able to receive the item back and missing an opportunity to sell at other marketplaces.
They also face a problem while they receive returns from the customer.They receive poor quality items though they had shipped an item with superior quality.Some sellers even claimed that they received stones inside the boxes they received from the customers

I thought of a solution which is to track the weight of the sent items so that sellers can claim the foul play by customers if there is any change in weight.But it has its own dis-advantages too.
I would kindly request you to advice how to solve such problems(not necessarily through saas) since im sure u guys must have faced such.
