Hello everyone, I have been settle small claims judgments for 3 years. I recently just completed a course on debt negotiation. I have been doing this in the area that I live in. My plan now is to create a website, and negoitate debt throughout the United States. I want to only settle on an individually basis...meaning...someone may have 2 accounts on their credit report they need settled. I will settle each one and charge a percentage for the amount settled. Then after I have gotten some exposure to my site, I could start selling the to other debt companies and credit repair companies. When I move up to selling the leads, I want to do telemarking also to were I sell the lead and then schedule the phone call or the appointment for them to meet with whomever. I would like to do the same in the loan modifcation department as I feel credit and reducing mortages are a major need. Any advice
