Hello Everyone!
My name is Teresa and I was born and raised in Staten Island, NY. I was very unhappy in life and in an unhappy marriage. My brother (also a fastlane forum member) Likwid24, urged me and pestered me to read The Millionaire Fastlane, I say pestered cause at that point in my life that's how I seen it, well after about almost a year later I finally decided to suck it up and read the book. Boy am I glad I did! It completely changed my thought process and how I viewed life. Reading about the Sidewalker and the Slowlaner I realized that was me! and I needed to change it. I would go to work mon-fri and sit at my desk hating my boss immensely and say to myself "There has to be more than this in life, it cant be that all you do is work hard barely have money for fun day in and day out" It was like groundhogs day for me. All I wanted was to be successful yet at the same time not have to answer to a boss, have the freedom to travel where ever and whenever I wanted! But my thoughts would repeat - "you screwed up in High School, didn't go to college, this is it Teresa, you chose this" After reading The Millionaire Fastlane, I learned no, that's not the way, I could do better and be successful with or without a degree! I thank my brother every single day for making me read the book. I now think positive like I never have before in my whole life, I finally believe I can make something of myself and its not too late. I take a look at my brother and see all the hard work and dedication he puts into his life to achieve the fastlane, and it inspires me even more! I need and will get out of this boring working like a slave life! Thank you Likwid24!! Everyday he reminds me and tells me to work hard and not be a slacker to achieve the fastlane life! I am so happy i am here.
