Hi all,

I've just started what feels like my first real entrepreneurial venture, a remote cleaning business. We just went live at the very end of last month so this is our first full month in operations. I will say, it's been slower than I would have liked, I could definitely be at 2x revenue right now had I timed hiring cleaners correctly but I am proud to share we just crossed the 1k revenue mark which I'm excited about!

I'm an open book, and I have been inspired by so many people in this forum. Shoutout to Johnny Boy for setting the bar incredibly high and showing everyone what's possible with lawn care. I've got a lot to learn and have already made plenty of mistakes, but I'm excited about what's ahead and I'm excited to share my journey! This forum will basically document my entire journey, and I have a friend who's built his cleaning business pretty big, so I'm hoping to be able to grow mine and learn from him.
