The idea for the business started on this thread, someone posted about pressure washing and I said. I can also do this!
STEP ONE: You make a simple website with a good offer and your contact information.
STEP TWO: Create a Google ADS campaign (search only/clicks)
STEP THREE: Marketing, do social media, post the jobs you did, get creative, put your face out.
STEP FOUR: Get good at calling leads, making sales (get really good in that)
STEP FIVE: Find someone that can do it better than you (took me 2 years to realize that)
STEP SIX: Expand the offer or make new businesses
You don't know how to do it? Ask ChatGPT/Youtube or a friend.
Youtube helped when I was making websites, making google ads, facebook ads.
For 2 years I was present for each job and profit was massive. Sometimes 90%.
Imagine an 18 year old with no degree making 8€ an hour. Now making 20, 30, 50, 80, 150, sometimes even 200€ hour.
But I had do all the jobs that I was getting paid for.
When I met a few good workers it opened my eyes. When you connect someone that knows how to work the job with someone that knows how to make sales and market is perfect.
I would rather give you 66% of the profit if that meant I don't have to work on the job.
That is how we started with roof painting. I went from charging 300€ for pressure washing paving where I had to work for 8 hours to charging 4000€ for roof painting where my only job is to take pictures and bring in new business.
This is how you can scale a service business.
Current monthly marketing expenses:
Google ADS 600€
FB ADS 150€
I started with 1€ per day.
In march we started working together, I expanded the website and added roof painting. Added 2 key words in google ads and made an image before after for facebook leads campaign.
February revenue 2000€
10x that
March revenue 20000€
And it is only first month plus we still have a lot of different services to add.
