From Algeria with Love

Hello everyone,

It's cool to be here. I visited some forums on the internet and it's crazy but it seems like everyone is trying to get rich telling everyone how to get rich, selling lame "reports" of which the only content is that you must, well, sell this report to other people to make money.. Talk about a recursive function.

You may think I have little to no respect for this and, well, you'd be right.

I'm an Electronics Engineer (finish this year). I have a severe allergy to bull-crap, and seizures aren't fun.

I'm from Algiers, Algeria. I've always wanted to start companies to do x, y or z, but never have. Few years ago, I thought about the option of working with a cool company that pays well (Multinational. Number 1 world-wide in its field. Bigger than its three competitors combined).

I thought about it as in getting inside knowledge of the industry, and probably making a product that will help solve specific problems (these companies worship time more than anything, and pay the full price). I had an experience and saw some things that can be improved while I was staying with them.

I thought of using this to get paid and have knowledge to do things, start companies in the same field and on the internet. Although I would be paid "well" (more than any other job. This is the kind of jobs where engineers get more than managers), the work seemed too much in retrospect, and I thought of doing things with more leverage. Internet services, etc.

I have a habit of noting down ideas. This is humbling, as some ideas seem great at first glance, until you really mull over and see they have no potential (the need isn't that strong and I was just excited about how "cool" it would be, etc).

Anyway, the diatribe is over. I'm glad I'm here and I'm sure I'll enjoy my stay.
