I wanted to share my journey and maybe spark some ideas for those of you starting out or pivoting into something new.
Rewind to October 6th—I was a total newbie, drowning in confusion about how to make money. If you go through my previous posts, you’ll see I’ve tried a lot of stuff. Basically, I was mentally masturbating most of the time, never taking real action. But then I thought, “Screw it! I’m gonna think about the plan later; I’m diving in!” That’s when I stumbled upon AI automation. I had no money, no connections, and honestly, I was still reeling from my failed attempt last year with my SMMA and that yoga school client who asked for a refund because I couldn’t deliver. It was a rough wake-up call. But I had one thing: relentless curiosity and a burning desire to make something work.
Fast forward to today, October 22nd, and what a ride it’s been! I went from clueless to building a network of brilliant minds who are killing it in the AI space, all without any money. I’ve been working on an employee-partnership model that’s allowed me to collaborate with these specialists. One conversation led to another, and suddenly, I found myself surrounded by AI wizards and all-around smart folks who are in the trenches.
We’re cooking up something that gets me hyped—a lead reactivation solution. Imagine a business sitting on a mountain of "dead" leads—clients who haven’t been contacted in ages. We’ve created an automated system that revives their interest and pulls them back into the sales funnel without lifting a finger. One of my network pals said, “You just turned trash into gold,” and honestly, that’s how it feels. The results are wild, and it’s becoming our go-to solution for businesses looking to breathe life back into their leads.
But that’s just the beginning. We’re diving into other areas too—automating customer service with AI-powered chatbots that handle repetitive queries, slashing response times to seconds. There’s also AI-driven lead generation that works around the clock, bringing in potential customers while you sleep. Plus, we’re exploring voice agents that can book appointments, follow up with clients, or handle basic customer service tasks without any human touch. And let’s not forget the sales research agent—it’s a game-changer for understanding market trends and customer needs.
What I love about these solutions is that they free up time for businesses to focus on what really matters—growth, innovation, and providing stellar service. Nobody wants to waste time on mundane tasks when they could be scaling their operations instead. It’s fulfilling to see how these tools can genuinely help.
I’m now working with a small team of like-minded people, and while the road ahead is still long, it feels like I’m onto something that can genuinely change the game for businesses wanting to streamline operations and maximize their resources. Right now, I’m facing some serious action paralysis, battling with how to move forward effectively. But I’ve also got this guy I met during my travels who’s an agency owner himself, and I’m pretty optimistic he might help me land some clients.
While we have all these solutions built up, my primary focus is on customized AI solutions because they bring in the most money. I’m also diving into creating a solid content strategy and exploring ways of organic marketing and effective sales funnels. I truly believe that no failures go to waste—they’re stepping stones that lead to greater success.
