From Homeless Punk to Fastlane Driver

The Millionaire Fastlane is one of the best books I’ve ever listened to – and trust me, that means something! My Audible library has almost 150 books, most of which I’ve gone through multiple times.

From Chaos to the Fastlane​

I consider myself an absolute Fastlane person. To me, that means freedom – enjoying every single day to the fullest and doing what I truly want.

A traditional nine-to-five job was never an option for me. Pouring my energy into achieving someone else’s goals while sacrificing my own dreams? No way.

But my road to the Fastlane started far from glamorous.

The first few years after leaving my parents’ home were pure chaos. I went through extreme lows, was temporarily homeless, without money, without health insurance – literally sitting on the street.

Yet, no matter how tough those times were, I knew deep down that my will to create a truly beautiful and fulfilling life would get me out of it.

Rising Through Craftsmanship & Entrepreneurship​

I started working my way out of homelessness through small handyman jobs. Over the years, I became an incredibly skilled craftsman, mastering all trades in interior construction.

But I knew: Craftsmanship alone is not my Fastlane.

So, I launched several projects to gain more financial and time freedom:

✅ A job placement service for craftsmen
✅ Specialized consulting for property owners
✅ An artist network
✅ Solar panel sales
✅ Building an online advertising agency
✅ Developing Tiny Houses as home offices

None of these projects were the ultimate breakthrough.

• In the traditional construction business, the ratio of workload, responsibility, and actual profit does not equal the Fastlane.
• The job placement service made me too dependent on other people.
• Our Chinese business partner for solar panels had a terrible accounting and logistics system.
• And the Tiny House project? It would have required too much external capital, meaning I would have had to give up control and sell my philosophy – ending up in the same hamster wheel as in traditional construction: high revenue, high external risks, but too little profit to achieve real independence.

But each of these projects was an important lesson.

The Gamechanger: My Fastlane Project​

For years, I’ve worked on various projects, always with the goal of finding something that is digitally scalable.
In every single project, I gathered small puzzle pieces – and suddenly, everything fell into place.

In that moment, I knew: This is it.
This is the Fastlane I had been searching for.

I can hardly describe it – when the idea unfolded before me, it was like a lightning bolt. Suddenly, everything made sense. For the first time, I realized I had found something that not only combines freedom and scalability but also has massive leverage potential.

And this time, it’s different from all my previous projects.
No high maintenance, no dependencies on others, no roadblocks.

In the coming weeks, we will take this public – and I’m convinced: This will change everything.

My Success Formula: Passion & Objectivity​

I have two key traits that always push me to peak performance:

1️⃣ I can dive into a project with childlike passion and dedication.
2️⃣ At the same time, I stay objective – always observing myself and my actions from a bird’s-eye view.

Because being a successful entrepreneur is not just about executing an idea – it’s also about recognizing early on whether it’s truly viable.

I call this my feasibility check.

And if an idea turns out not to be Fastlane? I jump off in time – because every time I was ready to let go, the universe sent me an even better opportunity.

From Idea Machine to Fastlane Driver​

In my circle, I’m known as a machine of ideas – which sometimes leads to skepticism and ridicule. But that usually comes from pedestrians and slow-lane drivers.

When I reflect on my past projects, I can say with absolute certainty:
Every single one had its purpose. Every single one pushed me forward.

And now, I have finally found the idea that is globally and infinitely scalable.

Success Means Freedom & Happiness​

Just like @MJ DeMarco says in his book: Success means being free and happy.

I didn’t want to wait until I found my Fastlane business to be happy – and because of that, the universe gave me something even more valuable:

An amazing wife and three wonderful children.

My family is probably my biggest and most successful “business” so far.
Unlike what I experienced in my own childhood, we share an incredible closeness, spend a lot of time together, and grow as a team.

My early decision to stay out of the societal hamster wheel was the most important choice I made to be truly free and happy.

When I look back on my life today, I often think:
"What a F*cking ride!"

From the streets …
to construction entrepreneur …
to family man …
to visionary …
to Fastlane driver.

And now, I stand at a point where I can say with full conviction:
I have found my Fastlane project.

I’m excited to grow, learn, and share my journey with this community.
