Hey peeps!
I just want to introduce me, my story and my mindset (I didn't admit to myself until few weeks) to you, and thanks MJ for that book. Yep.
So, I'm 27 from Belgium and was always a guys doing a lot if projects, ideas and has been seen by my pair as an example of success and inspiration.
I started reading this book a few weeks ago while I was supposed to run 2 business I KINDA launch.
I created both websites, designs, logo, and most of the tools I needed to sell. But then, was just waiting for some miracle (I guess) to happend. I started websites in October 15 and Feb 16 for the second one. But still, no actions, and was keeping myself from the reality: I was pretending running businesses while I wasn't doing shit.
It took me this book and an almost breaking up to realize I wasn't driving the good road. I wasn't even driving anything as I'm self employed but without any work/money coming in.
Then I found that on the forum: The GSD productivity system. Terrific. I was already using Trello in a similar way but the Today and /Waiting Tabs were missing and made the difference.
So just to thank @LightHouse and @MJ DeMarco for what they already improved in my way of thinking, way of working.
Now both my website are improving (even if not generating any income yet) and almost done. One is a dropship business and the other one is a eshop where I sell some artistic creation of my own.
I'm even working on an amazing distribution deal from a US brand where I could distribute the products in Europe (and would be the only distributor) of a product that a market has been waiting for long!
