Hey ya'll
Well lets get straight to the point-:
Graduated college almost a year back, high on entrepreneurial spirits,Huge on food n health.
decided to take up a Froyo-franchise.
Not in the US.
Startup- Capex $170000 approx planned to recover it up and be in profits 36 months approx of startup.
Nightmare- almost 12 months into the business Huge losses due to commercial rentals, low sales etc.
1. Company decides to put us on a minimum gaurantee $2000 a month all expenses covered.
2. Offers us 3 complete kiosks without locations(find it yourself) which can be put up at high target footfall areas to generate some revenues
3. Offers us the Outdoor catering model with those kiosks.
Read between the lines-:
1. Minimum guarantee very erratic doesn't seem to come in every month,may not come in.
2. Very difficult to communicate with the company and get any kind of serious/
productive work done- pain up the a$$
Now, Spirits very down,
looking to work up on the Kiosk model offered in order to
generate some revenue and even adjust the minimum guarantee amount offered in the consumption of raw materials purchased from the company for sales done in those kiosks.
Don't wanna give up, do'nt wanna quit this and get a regular job-hell no, huge capex involved.
Would,appreciate any help,suggestions,how to deal with this from you guys please.
