Getting into the fitness consumer business. Is it viable?

Hello guys!
So I am soon to be launching my protein shake business. Its an E-Com brand with ready to go protein shakes, obviously all you need to do is order them. The problem is; Its a fierce field of competition. There's already a lot of companies that have ready-to-go protein shakes. I started this brand, because all those companies have boring packaging and boring flavors. I want to change that. But now that I'm getting closer to launch date I'm starting to have doubts. I know there is always room at the top. But do you guys think I should go all in with the protein shakes, or should I try to pivot to a different business model? I know its bad to doubt yourself. I've just put a lot of time and money into this, and it worries me that if I don't sell at least the first shipment, I'm going to be stuck with a bunch of protein shakes.

My family has all told me not to do this, and to go to college and take a safe career path. I feel it in my soul that, that path is not for me. I feel I'm destined for greatness, but its hard to stay confident when everyone around you is talking bad about your ideas. I've had previous success in E-Com but this is a much bigger project then before. I'm worried if I fail my family will say "I told you so" I'm scared I'm going to disappoint them.
