Time to hold myself accountable.
After running a number of successful businesses, selling up, starting afresh and crashing out with a horribly ill-advised investment (and by that I mean investment based purely on my ego and the belief I could never fail!), the last two years have been spent in the trenches building things up from scratch again.
Reputation. Finances. The lot.
I'm now at a point where I'm in a really good place with it all, but I recognise that I'm coasting.
Just doing enough to get by and starting to things as tick boxes again as opposed to be invested in their success.
Through offering a variety of cut price and free services, I've gained a really strong reputation in the entertainment industry in the UK working with actors, musicians and personalities to raise their profiles online. To put it bluntly I've made sure to focus on those who have the popularity to make them appealing to an audience, but are completely useless when it comes to tech skills or having some kind of team.
Now I want to capitalise on this.
I've begun to approach the ones I work with with the proposal of a partnership whereby I work with them to set up influencer and affiliate partnerships in return for a % of the payment they get for the deal which has been accepted.
Currently it's working well and is a good return on investment.
However, I have to admit since the middle of last year I've been coasting on really implementing this. I've identified a few new "targets" and am working with one on a trial basis to see how well we work together, but that's purely referral based or a random scroll on Instagram and finding a good fit. I've also talked a lot about having a website add on to these services so we have a magazine style site to send people to for more detail on any sponsorship deals (and the ability to track a lot more data).
I'd really like in this year to be able to make $100,000 purely from this, something that's very achievable if I take action, so time to kick that a$$ of mine into gear.

- Create a influencer indentification process so I can have others finding leads for me to follow up with
- Map out an Influencer On Boarding process so I can quickly and easily know who and what to be focusing on with these individuals (I'm currently spending too much time going back on myself as I have incomplete information)
