Here are some pro tips that have brought me success in my business ventures.

1. Leverage other people's success/brand loyalty

It can take years to establish a large brand loyalty. There are thousands of other companies that already have this brand loyalty that can bring you success. Take advantage of this - Some ways you can do this: Ask popular youtube channels if they can advertise your product if you give it to them for free (I was successful with this). Do the same thing with bloggers. Pay a small fee for someone with a large twitter following to advertise your product (PaulRobert was successful with this). Not only will this get you more conversions, but it will also establish brand loyalty for your own company.

2. Get in your customer's head

You should be your customers best friend. At the end of the day, it's always going to be the customer that's writing your paycheck. You should know their pains, problems, and needs before you even write up a business plan. This can be done by simply asking them what their problems are in the industry, ask them for honest criticism about your idea, and ask them if they would use your product/service at $x amount. Make sure you get the truth from them, because people tend to lie about this stuff

3. Track & React

Whats bringing you success? Okay, do more of that. Use some kind of tracking tool that will tell you this.

These are probably the top 3 things that have brought me success. They should be used with a fastlane business model for maximum effectiveness.

Funny that many people don't even consider to do number one here,

I have also found that this can be a huge part of being successful. Especially in the online world people will often just try to market their website or business themselves, and when it fails they just say "I am no good at marketing/SEO etc."

All it takes is a little bit of creativity, flexibility, persistence, and the ability to send an email.

Seriously, I ran is circles in one venture trying to just market it myself. But the second I realized "Hey, all I gotta do is email some guys in my niche."

Within a week I was on the phone with a millionaire from my niche. Not to mention collaborating with other big guys in the niche. Moral of the story is, these people had already built huge businesses in that niche, and they were taking the time to talk to me and listen to my ideas and offers. It ended with a JV with one of the most successful guys there.

QUICK TIP/SECRET: *Ahem* Don't tell anyone else this, but if you're on someone's larege email list, or autoresponder don't hesitate to send an email to the address that your autoresponder messages are originating from. Title it something like "Interested in your product" to kind of hook them into reading your email. Then explain how you are interested with JVing with their product.

Anyway, that turned into a long post. I should probably just go do a full thread on it! Haha

Hope this helps you guys
