Can anyone recommend a good bank (in the U.S.) to use for multiple small business accounts with minimal activity?

Right now I've got my accounts with Chase and they keep dinging me with fees - even when I meet their minimum requirements! When I go in and tell them they messed up they usually fix it, but I'm tired of wasting my time every month - I've got better things to do with my time.

Your recommendations would be greatly appreciated :)
