thank you for the book, I really enjoyed both the painful reality checks and the grand ideas. I have a small business and I was selling my time for money. I’ve always felt like this was the wrong way but I didn’t have any other guidance. I decided to learn how to automate most of what I do and start charging on a “by task” basis. I work with software so I’m exploring learning how to code in order to streamline my tedious tasks. So that when I am completing tasks that took me hours to do before, in minutes it will still be worth my while. Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated!
