Was thinking about it this morning:
There are only 2 ways to get clients for B2C e-com. Following MECE here: It's a Paid Lead or Organic one.
1. Paid leads strategy:
- paid media (meta, google, tiktok, pinterest..)
- influencers, blogs, affiliate
- marketplace
2. Organic leads strategy:
- content creation (shorts, reels, YT, doccumentary, whatever that tells a good story)
- SEO & search
- Earned Media & Word of Mouth
- Client list
- Referral programs
We need to choose 2-3 that are the most important in terms of effort x benefit. For us (fashion e-com) It looks like:
- meta ads + tik tok
- organic instagram and tiktok creation
- influencers or referral
I mean...there are lot's of details in the execution. But it does not look like rocket science
