This diet, the Bulletproof Diet, was brought up to me by my friend. I do not know much about it, but apparently the guy who owns the blog went from 300lbs to a healthy 210lbs. Supposedly, eating healthier and more natural food helps you mental performance, and this guys' blog has a ton of other things to do in order to "hack" your work performance. His podcast is ranked #1 in health and nutrition right now too.

Anyone trying this or heard about it?

It sounds like an upgraded version of a paleo diet, but where are the extra benefits?
