Hi there-
I have been reading this forum for about a year now and have finally become active! A quick background is I come from the world of packaging where I have worked domestically and internationally, for very big companies and very small startups. I did that for about 13 years and now I am just doing it as a hobby to help friends and old colleagues get their products packaged properly.
Currently I am working on a few different things until one of them becomes the clear leader. Most of my time is spent on real estate now and I am really enjoying it. I am doing residential flips and new construction, and hope to have some long term rentals in the next year or so as well. I am also learning how to program iOS apps because there are a couple I want to make and it has become really fun learning this new language! And lastly there are a couple products I am working on developing as well, but no set plans on when they will be ready yet because I don't have the funds to support their full development yet.
It has been a very fun/scary/exciting/nerve racking/frustrating/rewarding past 7 months and looking forward to more!
