Hi Guys and Girls, im a 25 year old self employed carpenter from Australia.
I started my own business not long after I turned 22 and i am very interested in real estate. Im starting to owner build my first investment property hopefully within the next month, as soon as it has building approval. I plan on building many more after i have that one. Once i have cashflow and equity from building residential houses myself I definately want to have a look at getting into commercial real estate.
