Hi, my name is James, just graduated from college with a degree in Electrical Engineering.
I always thought I wanted to go to a good company, get promoted, and save for my 401k, but after reading MJ's book, I started to have doubts. All of a sudden I didn't want to work for someone else anymore. It didn't seem attractive anymore. Living a life a drudgery just seems terrible. Though being an entrepreneur is tiresome, to say the least, I believe the awards are there if you are able to find a willing market and persist.
But most likely I still will work for a company to work for to repay for my student loans. I want to finish repaying them within my first year and start working on my own company part-time. Hopefully after that time I can enable myself to work on my company full-time. Right now, I want to try different ideas and see which ones I can make into something great. I am eager to receive tons of insights and knowledge from this board to help me build my business.
