I hate my career (forced into it, by the needs of the military from failout out of my chosen job).... only way out is to get fat (and then lose GI bill), hate the direction or lack of direction of my life, and the goals I set up for myself will never help me in life because it's to make my job happy (certifications). And I almost thought I had no reason to be here, since everyday is just going through the motions. Yesterday, I was at it again, studying for the certification this week, again, and I am not really retaining it because I just don't care about it. I said to myself, "Go focus on what's going to help you on life. Even if you fail the certification they can't kick you out" And the thought of losing 1 yr my life kept bothering me.
I don't want to write a pity-story, since it doesn't solve anything. It is what it is, at this point.
I came here to help me on my path to freedom. I have no freedom, and living a life of a slave at heart. I would throw my whole career away if I could, but that's not what I can do though. SO I have to push through. I am tired of my life being run by everyone else but me.
