My names Jason (obviously), am 27, and from Northern California. I've lived in the L.A. area, San Luis Obispo, and around Sacramento. I've lived in Salt Lake City for about 6 months.
My goal is to be financially independent. I want to be a millionaire, and I want to be a fastlane Millionaire. I don't want to work 9-5 for the rest of my life. And I don't want to be a fake, McMillionaire financed to the hilt. I'm open to moving if need be, and am willing to do anything to get where I want to be.
I graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo in 2009 (yes...I went to College, but was fortunate to have parents who paid for my education). I graduated in Economics, but am not working in that field (crazy, right...lol). I actually work in internet marketing/e-commerce for a successful Herb & Spice supplier near Sacramento. Fortunately, they've been paying me to learn new things the last year, including SEO, SEM, PPC marketing etc. I cannot stress how important this knowledge can be. I plan on using this knowledge to launch my own online venture. I've worked on a couple projects of my own, but have hit some major roadblocks with them. Nonetheless, I a pressing forward. If you want more information I'd be happy to talk to anyone about my experiences.
I have been lurking on this forum for the past two weeks. I have found some gold in these forums, literally. I used to hang out on another forum (not related to business), and have just realized it's such a waste of time. This forum (and MJ's book) can and will change my life.
