Hi everyone! I just found this site on Facebook after seeing the post about the Viper purchase. I am a car nut so that got my attention. I am a Realtor turned entrepreneur in Greeley Colorado. I have been licensed for since 2001 and recently bought out my parents and took over our real estate and flipping business. I have 8 people on my team and we sell 150 to 200 houses a year and fix and flip 10 to 15 houses a year. I also have a real estate investing blog called Investfourmore. I currently own 8 rental properties and one of my goals is to buy 100 by 2023. I am also a guest blogger for Bigger Pockets and started a new blog called victory coaches with my master mind group. I am a big believer in self help/making things happen for myself. I went through Jack Canfield coaching this year which was amazing. I have a wonderful wife and two year old boy girl twins. Love to golf and love my cars. I have 2010 Audi S4, 1991 Mustang 5.0 convertible with a supercharger and a 1986 Porsche 928. Next up is a mid 90s Diablo. I love the attitude here and I am glad I found it!
