I have been lurking around the forum for a while and thought I would introduce myself.
My name is Dennis, I am 21 years of age from Australia and have very high expectation to succeed! I bought my first home at the age of 19 (currently living in it) and has increased in value of over $100,000 which is very pleasing.
I am very determined to succeed in life in general, especially to live a financial free life. I am all about taking risks, even if I do end up losing, at least I went out trying... This forum is an inspiration to me and hope to really learn a lot from many success individuals, and to assist me in my path to success.
I would love to hear more step by step processes/risks/decisions/strategies etc that all of you have taken to be where you are today! (success stories I know..)
My plan at this stage is to invest in property, being developments for profits, however there are other strategies such as share market, E-minis which I am also very interested.
I hope to learn as much as possible from you all and hope one day to be as successful as some, and certainly reach my financial goal.
