Hi my name is Kristian.
This is just a brienf introduction of me and my current situation.
first of all: i just found this forum today at work(which i will get back to) and decided to send the link to my private email so i could check it out when i got home. I did and have been reading for 2 hours now and decided to register.
Im a 20 year old male from Denmark but Im currently located in Auckland, New Zealand due to internship at BMW Financial Services. The new position isnt really me i must say but its doing a great job being noted on my CV for later career.
Im not 100% sure which career I REALLY want, as i read in an article on this side I have to face that Im not good enough to do what i really love and make a living out of it or even get into it(Formel 1 driver). I really like the car industry and my past year at BMW AG in Germany in a Sales channel strategy department was really challeging and that made it fun and nice to get to work.
The thing is that Im (imo) very innovative and I gave lots of ideas to BMW, not only as daily input to my tasks and project groups but also to different departments. Fx. I got a great i dea for marketing and customer relationship and was doing a presentation in order to present it at a meeting but it ended up with it suddenly evolved into something much bigger and i skipped a step in the chain and went directly to MINI marketing.
I got great feedback and due to my lack of education I only got a position as intern offered and some of the ideas was due expensive to carry out due to the budget situation at BMW.
I still have some nice ideas, and Im right now thinking about learning to code homepages, but I dont know how to make money out of it so have to do some information gathering.
Beside that ive been taking a class at, what in denmark equals high school, named Young enterprise, where I togehter with a classmate of mine got an idea for a product and developed a businessplan which we then used for our final exam. Unfortunately we didnt take it any further because i moved to Munich, Germany and he had completely other plans aswell.
I also dont have any university degree and Im planing to get a International Business bachelor in Copenhagen after this stay in New Zealand.
I think im gonna stop here otherwise it will end out in a depserate yell of guidiance and thats not what i want until i know a bit more about the opportunities.
If any of this got your interested you are more than welcome to read my blog, which is 100% non profit busines with no google ads or whatsoever its only intended for the people i left back in europe to read and see how im doing.
On the more personal side: I enjoy playing soccer, listening to music (house, UK chart), being around people(firends and/or family), getting a beer in the sun combined with a nice bbq.
What i love and why i want to see if I got what it takes to become a fastlaner is Cars, right now my personal favorite is the Koenigsegg CCXR Edition, and its simply because its outrangous and thats what i seek in a car, the thrill, the impracticality, the madness. On the other hand i adore cars like BMW M5 and mercedes AMG E65 because they combine great performance with practicality.
