Hello all from Las Vegas!
I am 25 and I have been interested in the entrepreneurial life for the last 5 year or so. I have read probably every book on the subject, with The Millionaire Fastlane as my latest read. I have to say; the best book I have ever read, thus far. It puts into words a way i have always felt, but never able to fully explain it, now I am.
Growing up my parents were real estate investors, so I have always been drawn to real estate investing. I am a licensed agent and have a few rental properties in southern California.
I do have a 5 year plan for my millionaire fastlane :
I am currently building a national website for real estate listings
All the cash flow from the website will go to buy some SRF rentals as well multiple 4plex units, then use the real estate cash flow to buy more rentals, streamline and repeat.
I look forward to learning a lot and maybe adding in here & there.
