Hello all,
I've been lurking around this forum for a while now and have finally decided to take the plunge and register!
Quick summary of me, I'm 29, live in London England. When I was 21 I graduated and got a pretty good job with one of the world's biggest companies.
All was good. At the same time I started a company with some friends (I'm in IT)
In the last 8 years a lot has happened, and also failed to happen. I'm still working for the big company, promotions have been slow even though I outperform everyone there (same old story).
The company I started was closed down last year as it didn't live up to our expectations in terms of income. We operated in a very crowded marketplace, and never really put our hearts into it.
I've analysed the failure extensively and will share where I went wrong elsewhere in the forum.
So here I am now. I have a new company that I started, am eager to leave my current job, and provide a much better for my wife and little boy.
