I currently live in NJ and used to work in NYC until recently. Although, I always had an entrepreneurial spirit nothing prompted me to actually take action until I knew I was going to get married. You know more life responsibilities. Wish I had started sooner.
My previous occupation as a structural engineer was good to me but definitely slow lane. So somewhere along the way my wife and I started our own company in wedding services. The business is doing well but as we are looking to move back to the golden state we are looking to sell and start over again. Currently, I work for a manufacturing company in China and am helping them with business development. Their main product is tablet PCs and they do LARGE quantities about 2M+ per year. I am learning a ton here and getting acquainted with the way they do business.
Enough about me, I just want to say that there's TONS of great information on this site and I am hoping that I can contribute as well. I am definitely looking forward to meeting more like-minded people and eventually branching out on my own.
