Hey Everyone,
My name is Scott and I live in Tega Cay, SC which is right on the NC/SC border and about 15 miles south of Charlotte, NC.
I`m a semi retired real estate broker/investor. I used to be in the mortgage banking business out in Southern California for over 13 years and got out of the rat race in 7/06 and have been living on mostly passive income from my investmnents since then. I moved to the Carolinas a little over 2 years ago. I own apartments and ministorage and my net worth went over a million last year. I will post my story with more details when I have more time and when I find the right thread to post it on.
I just joined today and this site is much better than the rich dad site which has become watered down with a lot of bickering back and forth over stupid stuff.
