Hi to everyone on here. This is my first post on here so go easy on me

im 30 have two children

and since i became a father i have been trying to 'build' something to suport my little family (which i have managed for the last 8 years). I have my fingers in so many pies and lots of 'spinning plates'.

My trouble is i have so many ideas and follow to many which kills my time and slows the progress of each project i have....

Enough introductions for now. Here is one project i have neglected and not done much with for some time. Im just after feedback or advice/ideas.

one facebook group i made in 2011 is a Local 'buying and selling group' well it now has over 12,000 local members most of which use it daily buying and selling or swaping their unwanted items. abour 200 new members join a week and all have lots of friends in common with members confirming they are local.

I have in the past sold advertising space on the wall to local businesses

and also published a small freeads monthly booklet based on the group and sold space in that to businesses.

This was all over 12 months ago i made money from the go but as i said i have too many ideas and moved on to the next,


Anyway I have an idea for a mobile app to do with the group and envisage it like a free 'ebay' app easy to sell and buy all in local areas, people dealing with people.

Any advice or anything i gain from this is a bonus really. And any help or advice given will be much appreciated.
