Hi,
My name is Jess and I am new to this forum. My husband and I started reading Rich Dad books several years ago and have been slowly working our way into the mode of actually investing. We most recently attended the Rich Dad/Wealth Intelligence Academy's Advanced Foreclosure training in Las Vegas early in November. We have also attended the Rich U course. Our next class will most likely be the Wholesaling class. We are also participating in the Rich Dad coaching. We have not bought our first property yet as we seem to be in a "funk" at the moment. We've gained lots of information and knowledge to be able to go out and do something, but nothing has happened yet. Though I know anything is possible if you put your mind to it, it seems difficult finding power team members that are actually investors or, at the very least, work with and/or for investors.
I look forward to learning more wisdom from fellow board members and perhaps gaining some insight as to how to keep a spouse motivated.
