Heres my story....
I found this site via a link from RD forums and am very glad I did. (it seems RD forums are dead/dieing) I have been reading the site as a guest for a little over a week now and decided to register 😀
I love the atmosphere of this website and plan to become a regular on these forums because everyone seems to be like minded. I am only 21 years old but know I dont want to beat to the drum of my parents. I love the idea of using opm/opt and like expanding my knowledge in the business/financial side.
My current goals are.
1. Finish College (Currently getting a certificate)
2. Start this one business idea I had.
3. Invest into purchasing a small business within 5 years.
4. Look into some real estate (MDUs)
5. Become financially free (passive income > expenses) within 3 years
- I know I can do this because I am only 21 and dont really have any expenses.
- Just need to keep expanding the passive income (re-invest into more) while keeping expenses lower
