Hi,
I started reading that TMF a couple of days ago and I'm on page 70. So far, so good. I'm loving the book.
I recently graduated college with a Business Degree. I just landed my first job three weeks ago but have been thinking of quitting and start working on my own business. I feel like I can spend my time better by learning new skills and then later exploiting them. However, my parents tell me that I should work for someone else for at least 2-3 years. I'm kind of in the same position as the author of TMF . When I hear some people mention that they want to get an MBA and contribute to their 401K, I just feel like it's a waste of time. I tell some people about my situation and they tell me that I'm crazy and that I should work for someone else and settle for 60K a year.
What would you guys recommend I do? Quit and start working on my thing or stick it out?
