hello fastlane im new here but i have been doing alot of reading here, currently i work in retail customer service, and im in school going for my BA in computer science i found this place through google. my intrest is sfh for renting and generating cash flow i would like to own around 20 to 30 of them or maybe more i do have experience from previous rental properties. Ive been away from real estate for acouple years and now plan on reentering with a new and improved plan and after sfh possibly move to commercial (apartment buildings) but thats a different ball game.
