Hey everyone,
My business this summer is doing pretty good. The problem is it's a slowlane business. That being said I have a ton of stuff to do and I don't feel I have enough time. Right now I work lets say 6 to 8 hours a day, but of that time probably only 4 is productive. I am getting very burnt out I have pitched 160+ clients in a few weeks and only have a few contracts to show... Nevertheless I will make more then last summer. I need help though I want to network in the city I live and meet important people, but I also have client work and prospecting to do. Should I outsource as much as I can? Should I be working more hours? The more hours I put in the more money I make, but is it better to just begin to build a agency with employees selling right?
I know if I want to scale or start doing more sales I need employees.
I know that if I want more clients and more time I need to scale.
I just need help figuring out how to begin doing that.
