hi everyone, new member here, and really need your advice here
i was working for my project around 4 months of code and planning.
i haven't proof my concept yet, but still my target is at June 2015 i will launch my services within my area.
i will risk around $ 2500 / 3 month started at June to gain customers and for paying my 2 employees.
i was 80% sure i will cover my loss in August or September if i use the strategy i have planned.
basically i will say that my idea is like dynamite , and i really need to pour more gasoline to gain as much customer as i can and the money comes right in. On the other hand, if my strategy really works out, it will draws too much attention to the big boys and i'm afraid that my prototype will be copied by someone richer. (I really think for $ 50.000 or $ 100.000 budget, they can create another services like me, since i was only one person and they got like 5-8 programmer for that budget in my country)
To prevent that to happen, i already plan the next stage of my services, but i still can't get any permanent programmer to work for me now.
so my questions is
if around june or july i still can't get any permanent programmer,
should i continue to find permanent programmer?
or should i just hire freelance programmer to create my second stage prototype?
what would you do if you were me?
i know it seems like crazy.
who would crazy enough to pay $ 100.000 for some services that generate well maybe $ 5.000 / month revenue for the first 1 / 2 years, right?
But im pretty sure of my concept. i really think this will be great , and my concern is someone who will see my services the way i see it in the future.
